1998 A6 quattro Avant, dual exhaust?

Dave, it apppears that the '98 A6 Avant weas actually the older body
style, while the sedan was new.... Here's a picture of the back of one,
showing the exhaust exiting on the side - it has dual tips but I don't
believe it is a true dual system as on the current cars.... Scroll down
