NAC (other than my S6 is in the barn) How do I SAFELY

Drain the tank however you see fit and then let it sit out in the hot sun for a few days....any fumes of consequence will leave.  I've cut up lots of old gas tanks here for disposing of them.  You can also throw some dry ice in the tank while cutting (yes, I've used oxy/act and plasma) to displace any fuel vapor.  But as always be careful, wear protective gear, don't go done blowed yourself up etc etc
