So I stopped by the Audi dealer in Montgomery, AL yesterday on the way to
the beach.
They told me that they would have to hook the car up to diag to get it
unlocked as the phone number that they used to call with the serial # to get
the unlock code was no longer a good number. The dealer is Jack Ingram -
Audi Porsche VW Volvo
So I want to pull out the radio in the next day or so and get the actual
serial # and try out that website. How far in do I need to stick the metal
tabs to get the locks to disengage?
Well looks like the website cant give me the code for the Delta CC.
Maybe I'll try the Audi dealer in Pensacola, FL later this week.

Must be a pre-2000 A8 since it has a delta radio. Either way, to pull
the head unit (radio) you just need the radio removal tools. I doubt
anybody other than a dealer or stereo shop would have them available
for an Audi. You might make due with some SMALL thin screwdrivers,
but best to not mar the unit. I have the tools, but unless you want
to come to Binghamton, NY that does you no good! =)
My family had both a 1999 and a 2000 A8. Anyhow, good luck.
Despite what Brett correctly says, if you don't have a relationship
with them, expect to pay the dealer their min charge (usually $35. or
so) for the service.
