Strange; I had my 200q20v towed when the transmission seized, and it  
was a bit over the 100 mile max.  First the car was towed to their  
shop (no real added distance; it was on the pike, had to head the  
"wrong" way anyway to get turned around, and they were in fact right  
off the closest exit), then they made sure they had a free truck to  
take it all the way home.  It was a while ago, but I -think- they  
gave me an estimate based on tolls and distance, imprinted the  
card...and then the driver did the calculation out when we arrived,  
and I signed off on the form.
