Late '89 200 Power Mirror Fuse Location?

Last night I finally got around to replacing the passenger side mirror that  
got torn off.  Well, I jumped in the car this morning so happy to have a  
passenger side mirror but relised I had lost the power to the mirrors, trip  
computer and gauges.  I looked in the manual and they are all on the same  fuse.  
The manual says it is fuse 26 (I believe, I don't have the book in  front of 
me) and I opened up the fuse box under the hood but there does not  appear to be 
a fuse #26 there.  Am I missing something or would this fuse  be under the 
dash?
