info on the S-car crash during fall drive?

Does anyone have links to posts and whatnot from the crash that  
happened (I think) last year or the year before, during a fall  
foliage drive?  Happened in Vermont, might have been a rollover,  
involved an S4 or S6?

It came up in conversation a week ago, I remember hearing about it  
when it happened, but nothing more...and I've been unable to find any  
information about it, can't even find posts on it with Google, and  
searching the list mail I have is turning up zip as well.  You're  
welcome to email me about it off-list- even if you remember when it  
happened, that'd be helpful.
