Got *Cat* off 89 200 Turbo and drove car ~~~~

My hubby took the cat off and it drives about the same.
Not much power.   I will say that it was a smidgin better
but not good enough to get to Phoenix dealership yet.
Hardly any power.

So that leaves the Turbo I assume......

Now - is there a "kit" that I can get.
I need to drive to Phoenix while I can still keep
this rental car.

Can someone tell me what I need to get in 
order to do maintenance or repair on the Turbo?

He has a ton of jobs lines up this week and cannot
bypass the turbo today.  I need to get something
done with this car today if  I can.   :-)
