Gentlemen and Ladies....

Opinion here....Bottom line is knowing what to buy used, what to buy new! 

Personally, if I was paying someone else to install a part (which I don't) I
would take a long hard look at what the part is, and what the chances of it
being defective are... I went through this with a spare condenser myself...
Went through the hassle of installing, dumping about $30 of freon in, only
to discover it leaked worse than the original one! But, I only lost the
freon as the part was free! I ended up buying a new one on-line for apx
$130. No, it wasn't quite the same in appearance, but who cares, it works! 

A used part is just that...used! A new part is often cheaper (and wiser) in
the long run... Many years of turning a wrench teaches that lesson...
