By the way, do newer cars have the bouncing speedo issue?  I am really  
ticked that I have to take my IC out for the third time in as many weeks.
 
And, as far as my rack goes, well, I'm just hoping it will hang on until  
fall.  90-degrees and no shade is not what I call ideal working  conditions.
