Hawk pads Installation How to, directional pads?

Here's something from Peter B about directional pads (Hawks) during a track 
event, interesting info................ Who knew?

Peter says:
"BTW, I figured out that the Hawk pads in the front are a "one-way"
design.  I happened to toss the street pads in after the NHIS event
backwards(probably due to my brain being frozen) and found that
it required a *lot* more pedal to get the same braking effect.  I
pulled the pads twice to check, and found that I was getting full
contact, so it wasn't due to uneven wear, but when I swapped them out
after LRP, I notices a *really* small arrow on the inside pads in the
center of the clip that seats itself inside the piston that points in
the direction of travel.  Once I got them back in the correct sides,
braking performance increased *dramatically*."
