That CGT has been on E-Bay several times and has never gotten up to the Reserve price. IIRC, the Reserve Price is somewhere above $4,000...nuts for a car like that. 40,482 Original Miles? Not likely...more likely that's when the odometer quit and the previous owner fixed it just before trading it in and this dealer has no idea how many miles are really one it...or maybe the dealre was the one who fixed the odometer and they do know it's "Not Actual Miles"...but are trying to pull a fast one...
