Yes, apparently.  I got the CIS-E system for my '82 from an '84 coupe. 
And of course, all the 4kq's (start in '84) are CIS-E, right?  So they 
must have used up the CIS parts on the cgts.

If the '83 UrQ was anything like my old '83 5kt (and I'm not saying it 
was), it had the same fuel system as the n/a cars.  But it had sodium 
filled exhaust valves.  Take a quick look at the valves on those two 
heads and see if they are at least the same size...
