Type 44 A/C Troubleshooting Assistance

It will still work, bot only in certain situations. Whenever the car is in motion above about 20mph, and when the radiator fan comes on to cool the radiator. Otherwise, cold engine and sitting, it won't work. The compressor will still run, however.

Which relay?

Check the first stage fan relay which I think is under the dash. The
radiator fan is supposed to always run on first stage anytime the A/C
is on. If it is not doing this I think the A/C won't work.
