Subject: Where can I find G12 antifreeze?

I purchased a bottle last month .... haven't had to put it in yet but have 3 
questions since the bottle didn't have much info.

1. What this stuff is made of?

2.  Dilute 50/50 with distilled water?

3.  Do you use the standard bulb type tester to check the concentration 
level, or do you need to test some other way (litmus paper?)
