DO NOT WAIT- FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

DO NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER- REPLACE THE TENSIONER WITH THE NEW,
REVISED PART!!!!

While you're at it, replace the timing belt, idler pulleys, front
crank seal, accessory belts and water pump.

Also, check the torque of all of your spark plugs- do not back them
out unless you're going to replace them (not a bad idea if they're
original), torque to proper spec with torque wrench.

(sorry about the shouting, but it's a VERY expensive fix if things go wrong)
