I cleaned the faces of the rotors before installation very thoroughly, i have been into town and back 10 mile round trip or so and i start to feel the difference now in the brakes so i reckon by the time i have done a couple of hundred miles they should be fully bedded in. My prob was with frozen bolts holding the caliper carrier on (i was doing rotors and pads). And i ache now is 38yrs old too old to be doing this stuff in the middle of winter???
