Why is one front rotor running than the other??(ufo's)

It might be well to consider the condition of the flexible brake hoses. At 
10-15 years, it's a bit early, but they DO get restricted over time if the 
fluid isn't regularly serviced, and they DO have a life expectancy of no 
more than 20 years (or so) at best.  HTH, John
