Guilt by association I suppose. There was also the time I stopped there to 
see if I could get radio codes for an Audi radio, which I carried in. I was told 
the minimum labor charge was $75.00. I ended up going to the VW dealer across 
the way. I was told it would normally be $25.00, but that included removal. 
Since I had it in my hand, it was free.

Mac maybe OK. But there is a certain, shall we say, arrogance about the place 
which annoys me. Maybe it is just that I am not a newer Audi personality. 
Maybe I need a few gold chains. Perhaps I am just adrift in the auto world. I 
have never even had a car loan.

Sorry to go on about them. First impressions are lasting impressions.
