Not to be obvious, but the best stuff to use when looking for a leak is
good ole aerosol brake parts cleaner followed up by a good blast of
compressed air.  Leaves everything bone dry in the area and is by far the
best way to clean things up vs doing a complete engine cleaning.
Added bonus is that the car will start right up every time vs the risk of
wetting down the whole engine bay.
