That's why there is apparently a variant called Super Agitene 141; guess 
what its flash point is.  Now, for extra credit, guess what the DOT 
limit for special handling precautions is :-)  I'd be amazed if 141 was 
more expensive than non-141, because of those "handling precautions."

"Flash point" means "temperature at which combustion becomes possible"; 
technically, it's when the liquid starts forming a combustible vapor. 
They test it by literally lighting a small flame above the material.  It 
does not mean "spontaneously combusts at this temperature".  Gasoline, 
for example, has a flash point of -41 C.
