Radiator Problem -- Can it be patched???

As I noted, I used epoxy and the copper pipe to repair a broken neck where
some of the neck still existed.  I'd think epoxy might seal a crack
elsewhere in the endcap plastic.  But be aware that the plastic probably is
ready to fracture again, so you should be looking for a replacement radiator.
