When to replace brake hoses?

Patient is '86 5ks with 145K miles. I've owned the car since new and the
talk about stainless lines made me look at mine. There are some visible
cracks in the rubber near the fittings on all four corners. No bulges,
cuts, rub marks. Just the small fracture lines. It just looks like old
rubber. But I've seen those same sorts of lines on relatively new hoses
as well. Seems to be time to change 'em out?
