Timing belt idler pulley (4kq)

whats the trick to remove the idler pulley on my 4kq? Im changing the
timing belt and want replace the bearing in the idler pulley while
i've got it all apart. Couldn't seem to get it to come loose at all? I
got the bolt that holds it on off, but the damn thing is stuck on
there pretty good. This is the first t-belt the cars EVER gotten so
everthing was nice and snug and happy where it was for the last 18+
years....sigh
Help?
