GVWR is Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.  It is the maximum weight the 
manufacturer has said the car will weigh according to their loading 
instructions.  Ie, if you put 5 adults plus a bunch of luggage in the 
car with a full tank of gas...maybe some stuff on the roof too figures in.

I assumed you wanted curb weight, which can have various definitions 
with regards to how much gas is in the car, but I think it's usually at 
least half a tank.  All other fluids are assumed filled to specification.
