Jerking at high boost

Sounds like ignition retard due to knock. Any engine knock sensor limit codes
thrown? (I THINK (check sjmautotechnik.com to be sure) 2411, but then again, 
I may be remembering a dual knock sensor car's codes). Since it tends
to occur at higher temps (where knock is more likely) I would look in
that direction first. Could be anywhere from a loose distributor
mounting bolt, something knocking against the block (knock sensor
doesn't act until engine or oil temp, can't recall which, reaches a
set value) or perhaps carbon build up, effectively raising
compression.
