Bentley CD question

I think that the CD can be installed no more than on 5 different computers. Before selling it it must be uninstalled from your pc, then you get a new transfer code from the uninstall process, and it must go with the disc. That code must be entered when it is reinstalled. Once you do that 5 times then you must purchase a new license.
