Bentley CD question

The early Bently CD's don't actually register with Bently. The registration
process requires the serial number  from the CD and it goes thru a process
of setting up a connection to your web browser for display purposes. It does
not keep track of the number of installations. I don't know exactly when
they changed the software but I have personally installed the same CD on
multiple PC's, some with internet access and others without.(Of course I
would never use the software on any more PC's than allowed by the EULA).
