What upgrades are available out there for the MC engine?

Out of all those things you listed, about the only one that need
addressing is the exhaust manifold.  The stock cam is just fine, the
MC2 is a little better.  The 10v can make power, it's just like every
other motor and need to have the systems to support it.  Good turbo,
proper IC, fuel injectors, exhaust(3"), and good engine management. 
The 10v is much more susceptible to knock than the 20v, so a precise
