Bearing question

If it's like my 200q20v and V8s,  you can remove the driveshaft without
removing the strut.  On those car's there's a slight dent behind the
wheelwell where a long prybar is supposed to be anchored to pry the
suspension arms out of the strut after you remove the bolt tightening the
clamp.  But that ain't going to get you the wheel bearing.  The wheel
bearing has to be pressed out of the strut housing after you remove the
driveshaft.  You either need a HubShark type tool to press the bearing out
in place or you need to remove the strut to get the housing to a press.
