Ok, I took the head of the 90q....... 

Heres my synopsis

The camshaft pulley bolt came undone, the pulley shifted forwards,
dropping the woodruff key :-( OUCH

Inside was not bad, 3 pistons had valve marks on them, no denting
though. The head and valves look ok but im not trusting the way they
look.

On goes my spare head ;)
