[s-cars] Stalling 100CSQA (2.8 12V V6, 4sp auto)

Thanks. The milage of the car (193K) had me thinking that this is
a possibility. I wonder if a Pressure Test and Flow rate test can
eliminate this as a cause, since this does require work and $$$, 
neither of which my friend has. Changing a relay, OTOH, is pretty
easy.
