helicoil, was SOS Audi breakdown in St. Louis

Oddly enough, I had a customer FROM St Louis with an S6 Avant that drove 
regularly to NC to stay the summers in the mountains, and whilst on her trip 
down back in 02, the SAME thing happened to her 95 S6 Avant.  I eventually 
sold her an allroad, and the S6 went to KAR, where I think Kent had the head 
helicoiled and re-sold it.

Car had only 60K miles on it, and had just had the service done......of 
course, at the dealer.  Plaza Audi (?) I think....... needless to say, they 
didn't and wouldn't own up to any wrongdoing, so she was S.O.L, and SOS!
