One more Coupe GT Vacuum question

Thanks for everyone's help recently.  Now, I have one more question:

While tracing all of the small vacuum lines in the engine compartment,
I see that three of them go out of the engine compartment and in to
the passenger side front fender.  Where are those going?

Is "the bomb" vacuum reservoir mounted in there?  Could a bad "bomb"
cause the car to stall / studder, or is that just a reservoir for the
power brakes?  I seem to remember it being mounted on the drivers side
wheel well in my 83 Coupe GT.  What about the other 2 lines?  I didn't
have time to remove the inner wheel well cover to take a better
look...
