I have seen quite a few wreck pictures. I tell you now, that kid was going a
heck of a lot faster than 60. It's hard to tell without looking closer at
the skid marks, but I would put him at a minimum of 90 and possibly as high
as 120.

Well the 17 yr old boy driving survived (thank grandma's audi for
that).  He was doing 60+ in a 30 zone around a very easy bend, he hit
the brakes in the turn, and spun sideways, (might have flipped too) hit
a city truck doing tree trimming...  it wasn't raining when he crashed
