Turbo pressure leaks in 5ktq

For those of you who haven't been following the saga of my '87 5ktq repair, a
quick recap:

Quite a while a go I started having problems with poor warm up, stumbling,
lack of power, and after warm up, cut outs and stumbling in the higher rpm range.

About 2 weeks ago, it refused to start, so I decided to go looking for the
problem(s).

I think part of the problem was that I misinterpreted one of the instructions
one of you gave me. The large hose that goes from the bottom of the turbo to
the intercooler looked good to me, but when I took it off to empty the fluid
out of it, (fluid in high pressure hose? where in heck did that come from??) I
discovered that it was like a fine sieve. Even though it looked solid, when I
blew on it from the inside with the compressed air, the parts cleaner fluid
come out through the sides.

I asked a parts supplier 'how much?' and he said Can $380. Is that right?
Anyone know where it can be obtained for a reasonable price?

Also can anyone recommend a parts supplier for the copper / brass compression
washers used for the hydraulics and fuel fittings?

Cheers
George
