And you have to make that gargley sound in the back of your throat as
well... Can't think of how to express it phonetically...!
"See-trgggho-enne", I guess...! 

Never drove one, but have driven a tattered Renault (Ray-no?) 16 many
years ago. A friend of our family was a used car wholesaler, so every
summer, I would spend a few days with him helping him pick up cars he had
bought, and transport them to his lot. So I got to drive some neat cars.
The Renault 16 was pretty crappy, but it had a lot of miles. He taught me
to drive a standard transmission with a '71 or '72 Duster, with the Big
Six and three-on-the-tree. Fun times.
