90q turn blinker wierdness Blinker Relay bulb burned out

My 200 is doing this, front turn signal burned out.
AFAIK, LED light "upgrades" will goof the electrical systems of cars and 
bikes up, so much, they sell an inline capaictor (or something) to put a "load" on 
the circuit to make everything work as designed (when switching from 
incadesent to LED bulbs)
