As a counterpoint, I've sold 24 (I looked it up) Jorgen racks since I heard 
about them when I joined this list, probably 9 years ago, and I've NEVER had 
a failure.  I've put them in Audis, VW Vanagons, BMWs, and Volvos, and sold 
a few steering boxes for MBs, as well.  No failures, no leaks, no problems. 
About half the price of my wholesale cost of Meridian, Maval, or ZF reman 
racks, with many of which I've had issues
