Keep in mind the low price of these cars is pretty much assuming you
may be doing a $5k turbo replacement/upgrade in the future. They're
great cars, but the K03 turbo's have been proven undersized and prone
to failure, any consumer reports type review of the car will mention
it, hense the low resale value. Now, I say good for us, bad for the
seller! If you're not afraid of doing the work yourself, it's a good
opportunity to upgrade to K04's and some other RS4 goodies and have a
really fast car.
