4K axle assembly

I'm really tired of my wife's Corolla, so it's time to fix this '87 
Audi 4000S and get back to having some fun driving. I need to fix the 
outer CV joint on the right, but pricing seems to suggest that it's 
just as easy to pull the whole half-shaft. Does anyone have any info on 
the ACEI axle assembly with 100 mm inner joint? Are the inner and outer 
CV joints part of the assembly itself, of are they separate? I can't 
find a picture of one anywhere.
