Can someone help me with some torque specs for an MC1?

Hi Guys,

Yea, I know I need a Bentley... But in lew of one, I cannot find my Hayes
Manual ANYWHERE! And I am trying to re-assemble my MC1 motor. I got ARP
studs, new head gasket, new water pump, new timing everything. Could someone
kindly scan me a few pages that would give me instructions/torque specs for
the assembly of the short block to the head and all the junk that attaches
to them?
