Marques,
If you are getting the 2111 code, then the fuel pump relay won't operate.
The ECU must have all three signals: Hall, RPM and Speed sensors and they
must be in the appropriate sequence and "In Window". If any of these
signals is not present in the correct order, then you will not get any
primary to the coil (No Spark) and the Fuel pump relay will not activate.
Note, the wiring for the fuel pump relay in the fuse panels is different
between the 4000 and the 5000 fuse panels. It will likely be necessary for
you to move a few wires around under the fuse/relay panel and also a good
idea to relay the ignition as well as provide additional load reduction
relay to the fuel pump.
Also note, the relay for the 5000 turbo feed power to fuel pump and
ancillary devices on two different pins, and the panel needs to be wired
accordingly.
There is information on the changes needed here:

I'm having issues getting this car up and running. I've swapped out the
mac 11 and am finally able to get codes:
2111=rmp sensor.
This is the only code I get. I'm not sure if this code should be
ignored because the car is not running, but this is what I get when I
crank the car for 5 sec and insert spare fuse. I'm using the long UrQ
rpm sensor that sits in the bell housing and it's brand new.
Second issue comes when I do the diagnostic test:
The first item that should come on is the fuel pump. The code for the
pump relay flashes, but the pump does not run. All other solenoids work
in order and flash the codes. I can close the fuel pump relay manually
and get the pump to run. I've also verified continuity from wiring
harness to fuse box on all the pins. So I'm guessing I need a new
relay.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
