More on 1995 A6Q ignition switches and (lack of) fuel

You seem to have it right. What I called accessory should rightly ( as
you point out) be called "run".
I was not, or at least not always, hearing the fuel pump operate when i
turned it to run. But that's certainly nto the end of it, since the
fuel pump was clearly, as evidenced by the DVM, [intermittently] not
getting power during cranking either.

By the way, the problem will nto recur within an hour or two. but
overnight, etc. is a problem.

And finally, yep, B5 is a force of habit from my (ex) '00 S4. It is
indeed a C4.

Thanks in any event, and drop a note if you think of anything. I seem
to be closing in on it, btu am not yet "there".
