I have a Craftsman Torque wrench that I think is fine for home use.
I torque my wheels to 78 ft/lbs. Through experimentation I found that were I
to have a flat, 90 would be too difficult to remove out on the road. At 78 I
have never had a problem with a wheel ever working it's way loose.
The important part is to make sure all bolts on each wheel are the same so
as to not warp a rotor when quenched by puddles or rain water.
