So i took a look under the dash for said breaker, found it, didn't
have enough elbows to get in and get it out. so i figured i'd try the
windows, they work again. seems to be a ptc type device, opens once it
heats up, closes when it cools. the label for the panel calls it an
automatic fuse. So i'll stick with one window at a time and hope it
was a freak thing. Who knows, with an eighteen year old car anythings
possible. At least i know where to look when it craps out for real,
thanks huw!!!
