HELP Calipper rebuilt parts available ? in canada ? 5000tq, A4.....

I did partout some calipper and most of the time the cylinders are really good but pistons are little rusty.

So , again, i m looking for caliper rebuilt parts:

piston rubber, 
level rubber,
pistons

I did partout and make swim in the oil all my calippers. They hibernate before i can find cure for them :-). Its crazzy to trow them away just because the pistons need to be change  :-(.
Should i chrome them ?  Will cost more than new calipper anyway.
