You got lucky.  During the summer, went to clean the windshield on my  
'93 90.  Tried to push the mirror down to clean above it...

CRACK!

Mirror falls off, mounting pad falls off - and takes a silver dollar  
sized chunk of windshield glass with it!

Then, a month ago, a walnut falls from a 30ft high tree and shatters  
the rear window.

Still need to replace those cracked headlights too... I love the  
glass on this car...
