It's not really intermittent. It seems to always hold the idle up. Even when
it hangs at 2k it drps back down by itself after 15 seconds or so, but never
makes it down to standard idle unless I unplug the ISV, then it's smooth as
silk. I think it would run poorly if it had much of a vacuum leak. Yea/nay?
