My '86 5000 is actually a 5000 CD tqa. It came to the USA from BC. I did not
import it, the guy I bought it from did, but he had to fill out a few forms,
get an EPA/DOT compliance sticker (built to US standards), and change the
speedo to mph. I'm told it's pretty easy if the same car is available in
both countries, but again I'm not the one who did the work.
