re. Car runs too cool/intermittant autocheck annoyances

My 200q20v used to run with the gauge showing really low coolant
temperatures, even when the afterrun pump/fan circuit worked in hot
weather.  A year ago I replaced all the cooling system as well as all the
temperature sensors and thermostat when I did a TB.  Now it runs just above
the larger mark on the gauge regardless of outside temperatures.
